About the Collective

Hi, I’m Tins. I created the AfroFranco Teacher Collective because I know how isolating this work can feel — especially when you’re trying to teach for acquisition, care for students as whole humans, and stay grounded in your values.
This PLC is designed to support teachers at every stage of their journey, from novice to AP, anywhere in the world.
