Doors Opening Again Soon!

AfroFranco Teacher Collective is a unique professional learning community dedicated to supporting French teachers around the world! It's mission is to create a collaborative space where educators can connect, share ideas, and grow in their practice, with a focus on communicative language teaching and interculturality. We aim to reduce the isolation that French teachers often feel and provide them with the resources and support needed to thrive.

Our community offers:

  • Monthly webinars featuring Q&A sessions,

  • Access to one free resource or lesson plan per month,

  • Extended demonstration videos of lessons in action,

  • A vibrant forum for sharing ideas and collaborating with fellow educators.

AfroFranco is grounded in proficiency-based instruction and Acquisition-Driven Instruction, with a strong emphasis on centering historically marginalized voices. Led by Ben Tinsley, a seasoned expert in curriculum development and the application of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the world language classroom, AfroFranco is a space designed primarily for French teachers, providing invaluable support and inspiration.
