Build your French. Build your confidence. Foundations is a 6-week live French course for adults who are ready to stop worrying about what they “should” know and start actually understanding and using French with confidence. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning to French after years away, or simply feel like you’ve never been able to put all the pieces together, this course is designed to help you make real, measurable progress in your French proficiency. And yes, I guarantee you will grow. Over six weeks, you’ll engage with French that is understandable, meaningful, and useful. Instead of memorizing endless vocabulary lists or stressing over conjugation charts, you’ll build your ability to understand French, communicate your own ideas, and respond in real time. Just as importantly, Foundations is intentionally low-anxiety. You do not need to study before class, worry about being called on, or feel embarrassed about making mistakes. This is a supportive space where communication matters more than perfection and where mistakes are simply part of the process. Think of it as 45 minutes of French and self-care each week. A chance to step away from work, responsibilities, and the endless to-do list and do something that is entirely for you. During our six weeks together, you’ll: Build comprehension through engaging, understandable French Develop confidence speaking and responding spontaneously Strengthen the high-frequency language you need most Learn through conversation, stories, and meaningful interaction Experience French without the pressure of traditional language classes See tangible growth in what you can understand and communicate No perfection.
